Directions from the M6 North and South
Exit M6 at Junction 34 and head towards Lancaster. On arriving at the City's outskirts; follow the one-way system to Morecambe and Heysham. After two miles, at the 1st roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted Heysham Port. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit ( Heysham Port). Go ahead at next 4 roundabouts. At the traffic lights with Duke of Rothsay pub on right turn right into Port Way, take your 2nd right onto Penrod Way. Lancaster Training Services is the on right.
